Hello, I am Carlo Thomas and I am very excited to introduce you to Everything Youth. Everything Youth was formed in 2018 as an LLC to develop and support our aspiring youth. We seek to provide our youth with necessary tools to be successful in life. This would not be possible without the love and support of the wonderful people such as yourselves.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with many youth from different cultures and backgrounds in various settings from Detention Centers, Group Homes, Counseling Agencies, Schools, and Mentoring Programs. I graduated from American InterContinental University (AIU) with a Bachelor Degree in Business, but found myself drawn to working with children.  I have had the privilege of working with youth for over 20 years, and every day has been rewarding.  

 

Throughout my journey, I have discovered countless obstacles that many of our youth share in common during their developmental stages. The knowledge, experiences, and extensive training I have obtained, has equipped me to be on the forefront in helping them achieve their goals in life. 

 

Our programs seek to provide our youth with a sense of direction and purpose by empowering  them to use three elements. These elements include Motivation through positive messages, Inspiration through spiritual based messages, and Intervention by discouraging youth from engaging in negative behaviors. We encourage them to believe in themselves, and our program also empowers them to understand their self-worth. Our ultimate goal is to provide them with the knowledge they need to make better choices and become productive citizens.
